Mark graduated in 1972 from Harlan High School and from ITT Technical Institute, Number One is his class.  Mark works for First Data Corporation, Nebraska's largest employer.  With his degree in Electrical Engineering, his current job is Senior Customer Engineer working at the Crown Point Center location near Omaha's Epply Airport.

Mark was the exact middle of the family, being 6 years younger than Gene and 6 years older than Ruthanne.  He bought a house in Omaha several years ago, near the Mormon Trail Bridge, in the historic Florence area.

Mark is still active in sports, playing basketball whenever he can, as long as it doesn't interfere with golf.  Nothing interferes with golf.  He also continues to be an avid spectator of Iowa and Nebraska teams, as well as good 'ole Harlan High.
