Ruth Anne was born in Harlan, Iowa, delivered by Doctor William Stanley Markham, better known as just "Doc"!  She attended Harlan Community Schools with the Class of 1978.

Ruthanne is currently an instructor at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha.  She also does the computer training for the official Gateway® and Dell® Computer Reseller in Harlan, Farm Service Cooperative.

In addition to teaching, Ruthanne owns and operates her own company, RAGTIME Productions, specializing in QuickBooks small business accounting consultation and training and web design.  Ruthanne consults with numerous businesses and individuals in both Omaha and Harlan.  Ruthanne also does a lot of web design.  Click here to see references.

Ruthanne has two canine children, Ferdinand and Isabella, a/k/a Fred & Izzy.  Click here for pictures.  They came after our dearest Pooner and LB went to be with Grandpa on 11/15/05.  Click here for a tribute to them.

In addition to teaching, Ruth Anne also writes technical computer manuals.  She has written computer manuals for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project, Personal Computers, the Internet, and Windows, QuickBooks accounting software, several FrontPage manuals, numerous  HTML programming manuals, and a manual for Scanning & Graphics.

In her spare time, Ruthanne enjoys working in the flower beds.
